You have 14 days' right of withdrawal ("fortrydelsesret") from the day you receive your item, under Danish and EU consumer protection law.

Low-value items
For items priced under 150 DKK, you do not need to return the item to receive a refund - simply contact us and we'll process your refund directly.

How to return your purchase
Contact us at kontakt-nordhus@outlook.dk within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll guide you through the process. For items priced 150 DKK or above, the item must be returned in essentially the same condition and quantity as received.

Return address
We'll provide the correct return address when you register your return with us by email - please don't ship anything before contacting us.

Statutory warranty ("reklamationsret")
You have a 2-year statutory warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. If your item is defective or not as described, contact us as soon as possible and we'll find a solution - replacement, repair or refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Refunds
Once we've received and approved your return (where applicable), we'll refund the amount to your original payment method within 14 days.
