Order processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Delivery time
Most items are shipped from our suppliers warehouses and typically arrive within 7-14 business days, depending on the product and your location. During periods of high demand or public holidays, delivery may take a little longer.

Shipping cost
Denmark: 55 kr standard shipping, free on orders over 590 kr, or 169 kr for express delivery.
EU: 299 kr standard shipping, free on orders over 1,000 kr.
Rest of world: 299 kr standard shipping.

Customs & VAT
As of July 1, 2026, parcels from outside the EU are subject to a flat customs duty of €3 per item type, plus VAT. This is calculated and shown at checkout, so you wont be surprised by extra fees on delivery.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, youll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel the whole way.
